Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Nosy Neighbor iPhone app (the "App") provided by Nosy Neighbor, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its support.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the App or its data.

Subscriptions

• Full property details and push alerts require an auto-renewable subscription. The length, price, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of an introductory period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Data and accuracy

Permit, sale, and property information comes from public records and third-party sources. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The App is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or real-estate advice. You are responsible for how you use the information.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it to harass, stalk, or threaten anyone, or to interfere with the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
