This Privacy Policy explains how Nosy Neighbor, Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nosy Neighbor iPhone app (the "App").

Information we collect

• Location / address you enter. The address you choose as your watch area, used to find nearby permits and sales and to send alerts. We do not track your device's location in the background.
• Purchase information. Apple provides us a transaction identifier and subscription status when you subscribe. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Device information. A push notification token, app version, and iOS version, used to deliver alerts and keep the App working.
• Diagnostics. Basic logs (such as errors and request times) used to maintain and secure the service.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.

How we use information

To provide the App and its alerts, verify your subscription, prevent abuse and fraud, fix problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App (for example hosting and push notification delivery through Apple), and when required by law. Property and permit data shown in the App comes from public records.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings, remove saved addresses in the App, or delete the App. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at the address below to make a request.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
